Information - Spring Registration

Registration is Open!

Hello ball hockey families.

Registration for spring ball hockey is now open! Here is all the essential information you need to register for what promises to be an exciting 2024 Spring Season of ball hockey.

Important Dates 

• Nov 1 - Dec 15 Early Bird Registration
• Dec 16 - Jan 15 Regular Registration
• Jan 15 - Final payments need to be made by Jan 15 unless otherwise arranged with the registrar. Failure to make full payment could risk your player being removed from registration.

How To Register

• All registrations must be completed online through RAMP Interactive at https://www.rampregistrations.com/login?v3=c7b8174672.
• Register your child in the correct division based on their birth year as outlined below (birth certificate confirmation will be requested at a later time).

Registration Fees 

This year’s fees have increased by $10 (except for Tyke players) to support planned activities to further develop the league and enhance the player experience this season. However, we have made an effort to keep this increase to a minimum.

Registering 3 or more players in your family?  Contact our Registrar at registrar@gvmbha.com and ask about our “Large Family Discount.”

Head Coaches from the 2023 Spring Season are eligible for a discount. Please contact our Registrar at registrar@gvmbha.com to facilitate.

All registration fees have a $50 administration fee should your player withdraw early. Please review our Refund Policies.

Late Registrations 

Registering early ensures your child will be playing and helps avoid disappointment if we are oversubscribed and need to create waitlists.  As well, the league needs to know how many players to expect, so we can select amazing coaching staff and secure floor time. 

Waitlists

If you are registering and only see a WAITLIST registration displayed, then the division is full. If you would like to be on the waitlist, continue with the registration and pay nothing. If your player is accepted off the waitlist, then you will have 3 days to make final payment and secure a placement for your player.

Financial Assistance

Contact one of these agencies for financial assistance:

• KidSport British Columbia
• Canadian Tire Jumpstart

Apply early for assistance as it can take 4-6 weeks for these agencies to process your application. Once you have applied, please email a scanned or photocopy of your financial assistance application to our Treasurer (treasurer@gvmbha.com). Unfortunately, we are unable to request funding on your behalf.

If you are applying for assistance, you still need to register your player online and indicate you will be applying for funding. You will be required to pay the $50 "HOLD SPOT" fee at the time of your online registration. If you receive full funding, the $50 will be refunded to you once we receive the full payment. We will follow up in the new year and confirm once funding is received.
