The 2024 Greater Victoria Minor Ball Hockey Association invites its members to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

The following Director roles will be filled via election at the AGM:
- President
- Treasurer
- League Scheduler
- Head Scorekeeper
- Fundraising Lead
- Secretary (one-year term)
- Referee and Chief
All members in good standing are eligible to vote in Board elections. All positions above except the Secretary will be elected for two-year terms. If you wish to stand for election for one of these positions, please complete the Board Director Nomination Form and email your completed form to secretary@victoriavipers.ca. Consistent with the GVMBHA Bylaws, nomination forms must be received no later than 7 pm on November 19, 2024 to be considered for election. Note that under GVMBHA bylaws, candidate for the position of President must have served as Board members on at least one of the previous two years.
