This is a friendly reminder that the Greater Victoria Minor Ball Hockey Association (GVMBHA) will be holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) followed immediately by our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

We also wish to officially notify all members that the revised Constitution and Bylaws, along with the agendas for both meetings, have now been posted on our website for your advance review.

All members in good standing are eligible to vote in Board elections. All positions up for election are listed in the AGM agenda linked above. If you wish to stand for election for one of these positions, please complete the Board Nomination Form (attached) and email your completed form to secretary@victoriavipers.ca. Consistent with the GVMBHA Bylaws, nomination forms must be received no later than 7:00 pm on October 30, 2025 to be considered for election. Note that under GVMBHA bylaws, candidate for the position of President must have served as Board members on at least one of the previous two years.
Your participation is important to the future of our association, and we encourage all members in good standing to attend and engage in these important discussions.
